What school will he go to. School: by registration or at the place of residence? Will a child be taken to a class without registration? Law changes

Autumn is not only the beginning of the school year, but also the start of the season in the most popular hockey leagues in the world: the KHL has already started, and overseas the season starts in a month. If you have ever wanted to see your child in a hockey uniform, then you have probably already imagined the level of upcoming expenses. Hockey, as you know, is not the cheapest sport, but some hockey schools provide training for free. Portal "I live by sport" will conduct a short tour of the most famous schools in the capital and the nearest suburbs.

At what age can you send your child to hockey?

Theoretically, all hockey schools are open from the age of 5-6, and in order to prepare a child for hockey, you need to learn the basics of skating and sliding techniques before a couple of years. Still, hockey, from a technical point of view, is a complex and dangerous sport. Hockey coaches do not often devote time to these elements, focusing on the technical and tactical aspects of the game. You can, of course, pull up the elements on the “roll-ups” - these are such additional individual workouts with a trainer, but such classes, as a rule, are paid, and not all parents will be able to bear the extra burden.

Recruitment of children to schools is carried out in August-early September, but it is possible to enroll a little later and get into a sports and recreation group. Children train in it until the age of 8, and then they fall into the initial training group. This is where the competition starts.

Where can I send my child to hockey?

When choosing a hockey school, pay attention to the proximity to home and educational institution, feedback on the work of the coaching staff and the number of athletes who have reached a professional career. In the latter case, this is a more important argument than the momentary results of a sports school. Also, if the school is located at the KHL / VHL hockey club, this is not a guarantee of success: the first steps can be taken in a less well-known team, from where they can already be called to the best metropolitan clubs.

There are about a dozen teams in the Moscow championship, which are divided into three groups, from A to B. The strongest teams play in division A, but the composition of the division differs in each age category. Below is a list of hockey schools with contacts (names are clickable):

Moscow, Leningradsky prospect, 39, building 41

One of the most famous and strongest schools in the country. From under the wing of the army school came out a lot of talented hockey players who play both in the NHL and in the KHL, a lot of world champions and Olympic champions have grown here. It makes no sense to list them: everyone saw their sweaters under the arches of the CSKA Ice Arena.

Training takes place at the CSKA Ice Sports Complex. V. M. Bobrov. School education is free. Selection to the school begins at the age of 5 on a competitive basis. Starting from the age of 10, the student's parents conclude a sports training agreement with the school, and at the age of 17, a professional contract is signed with the best pupils. After leaving school, the most promising pupils can get into the youth team "Red Army".

Moscow, Leningradsky prospect 36, building 19

One of the main competitors of CSKA, the Dynamo Sports School has produced no less talented students, one of which is Alexander Ovechkin.

A huge plus of the Dynamo hockey school is the presence of a boarding school for 50 people, where non-resident children from 12 years old live. Another plus is the ultra-modern VTB Ice Palace, where Dynamo players play and train.

Moscow, st. Tolobukhina, house 10/4, building 1

The Wings of the Soviets school was very strong in the early 80s. One of the most famous students of the “wings” is Alexei Morozov, who played for CSKA, Ak Bars and the Russian national team.

It accepts children from 5 to 16 years old. In total, there are about 500 people in 12 groups. Children from low-income families can get equipment at the club, and talented students receive a scholarship.

The training program is set up for the preparation of professional hockey players. The school graduates about 20 athletes a year, who then begin their careers in professional clubs. One of the options is HC Spartak from the KHL, with which the Wings signed an agreement.

Moscow, st. Levoberezhnaya 12, building No. 1.

Sports School of the Olympic Reserve No. 1 "Polar Bears" is a subordinate institution of the Moscow Sports Committee. One of the most famous pupils of the Polar Bears is the hero of Pyeongchang-2018 Nikita Gusev.

Admission to the school is carried out from the age of 5, but only those who have prospects to build a professional career in this sport are taken. Applications are submitted in advance, after which in August the coach contacts the applicants, preliminary parent meetings and personal meetings are held. Before admission, the child must pass the tests.

Moscow, st. Generala Glagolev 10, bldg. 3

Recruitment of students is carried out from 6 years. The younger group is engaged in physical training and learns the basics of skating, and from the age of 9, the guys are already mastering the technique of the game.

A similar practice exists in the aforementioned "Snow Leopards", as well as in the hockey schools "Meteor", "Yantar", "Penguins", "Maryino", "Blue Bird", "Rus" and "Center", since they all belong to -sports association "Hockey of Moscow". Choose the one closest to your home and carefully familiarize yourself with the coaching staff and their methods.

Moscow, st. Chobotovskaya, 6

Over the years of work, sports school No. 7 has produced many masters of sports and CCM. Here you can also play hockey on a budgetary basis, but you need to purchase the equipment yourself. Enrollment in a sports school is carried out from the age of 5.

Zelenograd, Ozernaya alley, 4

Alexander Kutuzov, Roman Lyubimov, Maxim Kudryashov came out from under the wing of the Zelenograd school. More than 200 children are involved in hockey here, who start their sports career from the age of 4. The team has a large and modern skating rink 60x30 m.

Podolsk, st. Kirova, 63A

One of the best schools in the Moscow region, regularly participating in the Moscow Cup. Artemy Panarin also played here, and Nikolai Prokhorkin, who is now in SKA, shone in juniors.

Enrollment in the free section is possible only from the age of 9 and only according to the results of the passed standards, and from the age of 5 you can enroll in the paid section. 12 lessons per month will cost you 5000 rubles. Also do not forget to calculate the cost of equipment. On average, it will cost from 15 to 45 thousand rubles.

For admission to gymnasiums and lyceums, it is not necessary to have a residence permit next to them, they are enrolled there simply at will and subject to availability.

Mostly children are distributed precisely to schools attached to the address of the child's registration.

How can I find out which educational institution you are enrolled in?

Parents are interested: what school do we belong to by registration? There are several ways to find out.

You can try to send a child to receive secondary education not by registration, but only if there are free places there.

The territorial distribution of schools is necessary to regulate the flow of children to each of the nearby institutions.

Each year, the Department of Education sets a start date for accepting documents for training, usually January or February.

Parents of children registered at addresses assigned to the school have the right to submit documents until July 31, in accordance with applicable law.

All educational institutions are obliged to provide education for children living in the area assigned to them.

On what grounds can I get a refusal to enroll a child

  • On September 1, a first grader is less than 6.5 years old or more than 8, but if the child is well developed, they can be accepted from 6 years old;
  • When the classes are fully staffed (25 pupils are accepted);
  • In the absence of registration of the child in the area where the school is located.

IMPORTANT: If a refusal was received precisely because of the lack of places, you must demand to write it in writing and notify your intentions to complain to the Ministry of Education. Sometimes they accept children through connections or acquaintances, so there are not enough places for preschoolers registered at the location of the school.

Most often, it is parents who are trying to enroll their child in a prestigious school that are denied admission.

Under what conditions do they have the right to refuse

Refusal to enroll a child registered next to an educational institution can only be denied if there is a real lack of places.

What to do if the reception of the child is still refused

  1. If there are no places in the school at the place of residence, there is a place in another, located not far from home, so it is worth going to other educational institutions.
  2. You can advise the management of the institution to divide the classes into 2 parallels, make several shifts, or seat the children in large rooms.
  3. Ask the school administration to show you the Charter, there you can get all the information about the rights and obligations of students, as well as leadership and teachers. Perhaps there will be grounds for rejecting a refusal upon acceptance, and then the problem will be solved on the spot.
  4. Contact the Department of Education and ask for information on all schools and places near your home. Information must be provided in accordance with.

ATTENTION! If the problem with the enrollment of the child is not solved in any way, you can contact the Ministry of Education directly.

Which Children Are Eligible for Priority Enrollment?

The right to priority enrollment in education from the total number of children living in the territory adjacent to it, have children:

If the child does not have a residence permit in the area where the school is located, then of course it will be more difficult to get there. For such cases, the Order of the Ministry of Education and Science "On the rules for admission to schools" was issued, it clearly states that the admission of those who do not live in the territory assigned to the educational institution is carried out only from August 1 to September 5.

Enrollment is also possible provided that there are vacant places. In this situation, the child should be accepted without any obstacles.

REFERENCE. If the school is prestigious, then the probability of getting there is very small, there are hardly any vacant places.

In case of problems with the placement of a child for education, you need to contact the employees of the state educational authority. Until September 5, the first-grader will definitely be assigned to some school, but if the places in the nearest institutions are occupied, then you may have to go to the other end of the city.

It is not safe for a child to travel far to study, and this option does not appeal to parents at all.

The best option is to make a temporary registration in the required area with relatives or renting a room, and then the problem with enrollment will certainly be solved (up to 14 years old, a child must be registered with one of the parents).

In order to make sure and not miss the chance for a child to get a secondary education close to home, it makes sense to apply to several institutions at once.

This can be done on the government services website.

But there is one caveat - in a week you need to think over all the pros and cons and take the original documents to one of the selected schools, otherwise the entry will be canceled altogether.

Do not panic too much, the child will definitely be enrolled in some educational institution if he is 6.5 years old by the first of September.

IMPORTANT. It is not necessary to pay entrance fees to a public school.

Everything is not so difficult as it might seem at first glance. The main thing is to do everything on time, wisely, not to delay the submission of documents and your child will definitely become a first grader. Now you know how to find out the school by registration.

In which Kindergarten go? In 1.5 years, this question will come up point-blank, but now I’m just starting to gradually feel the ground.

So, we live in Northern Tushino in Moscow.

I have a knack for teaching Chinese to a child. With repeaters it doesn’t work out in any way - there is an overload (we take the child to the school of the English language).

In accordance with this bzik, a kindergarten with in-depth study of the Chinese language was found. More precisely - boarding school No. 11 http://schisz11.mskobr.ru/. At the same time, it refers to the SZAO, i.e. children from the areas of North/South Tushino, Mitino, Shchukino, Strogino and some others go to it. Yes, it is far away, but this is solved by moving to another area - after all, there is still 1.5 years ahead. However, after reading the reviews about the school, I came to the conclusion that the school is ideal in the elementary grades, and in the middle and high grades, teaching is VERY weak. There is also confirmation of this - if in the first grade the school has more than 50 students, then by the 11th grade there are no more than 10 ...

Class Deep Learning Subjects class profile Learning Mode Change Number of students Name of class teacher
1-A First 29 Maznichka Nadezhda Viktorovna
1-B First 26 Kutlyaeva Elena Pavlovna
11-A Philological profile First 6 Savelzon Irina Samuilovna

Not an option. Therefore, I had to look at other schools (not with in-depth study of the Chinese language - there are only 2 such schools in Moscow, and the second one is very far away, so I didn’t even consider it).

In my district (Northern Tushino) I found school No. 1399 with in-depth study foreign languages located on Latsis street. However, after reading about the teaching staff and the new headmistress of the school, I realized that this school is far from ideal - the teachers are rude and do not give knowledge, even English. Moreover, we go to English language additionally, and the point of studying a second foreign language even at a basic level (and not Chinese at the same time) is not what I would like from a school. Well, with the arrival of a new headmistress, strong teachers left the school. Not an option.

Right next to my house are two comprehensive schools: No. 827 and No. 1057.

In principle, the advantage for them is that the child will be able to go to school on his own even in the first grade. Therefore, I simply give links to reviews about schools.

Judging by the information on the official website of school No. 827, they even have lyceum and gymnasium classes. However, the faculty... alarming. In the reviews, teachers even engage in assault. And since they forget that such a method is “not pedagogical at all,” then what happens at a professional level is anyone’s guess.

This year, school enrollment benefits for prospective first-graders have been canceled (see our help), so in theory you can choose any educational institution - both by location, and by the bias or teaching method (more on this in the next issues). But how not to make a mistake with the choice? What to focus on - the degree of shabbyness of the front door or the Chinese language from the first class?

Don't chase cool

“Don’t look at the “coolness” of the school, I got burned on this at one time,” warns Galina Koltsova, the mother of second-grader Timofey. - I chose the most “fancy” for my son - with language and computer courses instead of an extension - and attached Timofey to the preparatory class. He studied well, and although the future teachers constantly whipped up nervousness on various occasions, I was pleased. Still the best school in the area! Timosha easily passed the tests and went to first grade at the age of 6. But the atmosphere in the classroom did not change - the teachers began to find fault even more, and the son began to complain of a constant headache. The class teacher called and hysteria on the phone: we spoiled her academic performance. Timothy actually stopped sleeping at night. We turned to a psychologist, and he categorically demanded to pick up the child and send it to first grade next year! I felt sorry for the tortured son. This time I chose a simpler school, but with sports sections to improve my health. So ask before entering what the guys do after school. Any circles in the first year of study are indispensable for adaptation. Now Timofey goes to the second grade, studies brilliantly and swims well.

The closer, the healthier

“Many parents dream of sending their future first grader to the very best school in the center,” says Yulia Gritsenko, a clinical psychologist. - But I would advise you to choose an educational institution closer to home. Then the child will not have to get up at 6 in the morning to leave the house in an hour and a half. After all, if in September this is not a problem, then in winter, when it dawns late in the morning, the rise “in the middle of the night” can turn into a daily disaster. The task of primary school is to accustom the kid to the educational process, so let him calmly get used to the "near-home" school, and then send him "to hell", he will already be mentally tempered.

Break through at any cost!

“Last year, I arranged for my daughter to go to school,” recalls Alena Bestuzheva, the mother of a first grader. - And at first I was taken aback. There were no places in any educational institution in my area! I didn't fold my arms. In three schools, she overcame the rebuff of the guards, made her way to the teachers who were recruiting the first classes. Two of the three schools were willing to accept my daughter. From conversations with friends, I learned that the “no places” technique is widely used: somewhere in this way they extort bribes, somewhere they artificially increase the prestige of the school. So don’t give up and your child will be enrolled!”

Choose a teacher

“The main thing is not the walls with gilding, but that the child likes the teacher,” advises Marina Lileeva, deputy director of the Intellectual school for gifted children. - After all, it depends on this person whether the baby will fully devote himself to learning. If the school refuses to introduce teachers who are gaining the first grades, contact the director. And if the "defense" is impenetrable, it is better to look for another educational institution, because sympathy between the future student and his teacher is necessary. And do not rush to start studying, it is better to send the child to school at 7.5 years old than at 6.5. No matter how talented your baby is, give him to the first class at the right time so that he does not get tired and is not capricious. Otherwise, with a much higher intellectual potential, he will lag behind his peers - if not in studies, then in emotional development, which is fraught with serious problems in adolescence.

Our reference

To enroll a child on April 1 in the selected school, parents will have to be on duty near it at night. The Moscow prosecutor's office is sure that the privileges prescribed in the Moscow legislation for certain categories of first-graders infringe on the rights of other kids. “Therefore, now no benefits, such as: the study of older children in this educational institution or living nearby, are not taken into account,” Alexander Gavrilov, spokesman for the Moscow Department of Education, confirmed to AiF. - Whoever comes first will be credited. Therefore, I recommend that you find out everything about the recording procedure now.”

In the first grades of Moscow schools, children are accepted who, on September 1, will be at least 6 years and 6 months old and not more than 8 years old. Parents or legal representatives can enroll a child in the 1st grade of a Moscow school.

2. How do I enroll my child in 1st grade?

If your child goes to the 1st grade of the same school, of which he is a pupil of the preschool group, it is enough to write an application.

When submitting, you must specify three schools: one of them must be a school of territorial attachment, the other two are optional.

First, children who are registered in districts attached to the school are enrolled, and then, if there are free places, children registered in districts not attached to the school. Children who live in the same family and have a common place of residence also have an advantage in enrolling in the school where their brothers and / or sisters study.

If you have not decided on the choice of school, find it using the service of the Department of Education and Science of the city of Moscow.

Registration of electronic applications for admission to the 1st grade of Moscow schools begins on December 15 of the year preceding the year of commencement of study, and ends no later than September 5 of the year of commencement of study.
